foodloop is a brand owned and operated by MSA Inventra. foodloop is not a separate company, firm or legal entity. All operations, transactions, obligations and liabilities conducted under the foodloop brand are the sole responsibility of MSA Inventra. Any contract entered into through foodloop is a contract with MSA Inventra.

MSA Inventra provides the following services:

• Technology Services: Web development, software solutions and platform development for business clients.
• Digital Platform Services: Development and operation of marketplace, commerce and customer engagement platforms.
• foodloop Platform: A fresh food delivery platform for direct-to-consumer pre-order delivery of fresh chicken, fruits and vegetables in Hyderabad, Telangana.

MSA Inventra reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of services.

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and current information when creating an account or placing an order.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
• Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Not engage in any activity that disrupts, interferes with or damages our platforms or servers.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our platform or systems.
• Not use our services to transmit unsolicited communications, spam or harmful content.
• Comply with all applicable Indian laws and regulations when using our services.

All content, trademarks, logos, service marks, trade names, software, designs and other intellectual property on our websites and platforms are owned by or licensed to MSA Inventra. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title or interest in any intellectual property belonging to MSA Inventra.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform or create derivative works from any content on our platforms without the prior written consent of MSA Inventra.

The name "foodloop", associated logos, branding and domain names are the property of MSA Inventra. foodloop operates exclusively as a brand of MSA Inventra. Any use of the foodloop name or branding without the express written consent of MSA Inventra is prohibited.

References to "foodloop" in any communication, contract or document shall be understood to refer to a brand operated by MSA Inventra, and all legal obligations arising therefrom shall be borne by MSA Inventra.

All prices listed on our platforms are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. MSA Inventra reserves the right to modify pricing at any time.

Payments are processed through registered third-party payment gateways including Razorpay, Cashfree and PhonePe. By making a payment through our platform, you agree to the terms and conditions of the respective payment processor.

MSA Inventra does not store your complete payment credentials. Payment processing is handled securely by our payment gateway partners in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MSA Inventra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or inability to access our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 30 days preceding the claim.

MSA Inventra does not warrant that our platforms will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. Use of our platforms is at your own risk.

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, to the extent permitted by Indian law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation within 30 days of written notice of the dispute.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
